Welcome to the Ottawa West-Nepean Conservative Association (OWNCA)

Ottawa West-Nepean (OWN) is a suburban riding located west of downtown Ottawa. We are bordered by Ottawa South below, Nepean to the west, Kanata-Carleton to the northwest, and Ottawa Center to the northeast. We have a diverse population of over 111,000 residents.
